Design and Build
In 2022 Humiscope began a new project with a long time commercial client to convert and existing warehouse into a low dew point low-humidity dry room. From initial design through to complete build, Humiscope transformed the existing space into an efficient and effective environment for moisture-sensitive applications.
Humidity control is critical in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and precision manufacturing. Achieving low dew point conditions ensures that moisture does not compromise the quality and reliability of sensitive materials and processes.
Utilising state-of-the-art HVAC equipment, including an industrial desiccant dehumidifier and chiller within the commercial dry room, Humiscope commissioned, installed and ducted the systems and completed the project by ensuring the space was fully sealed and ducted and running at minus 45 dew point and 22° C.

Industrial Desiccant Dehumidifiers
Industrial desiccant dehumidifiers efficiently remove moisture from the air using desiccant technology. This method ensures superior humidity control even in extreme conditions.
Additionally, the role of the chiller in the overall HVAC system works in tandem with the desiccant dehumidifier to provide precise temperature control, further enhancing the dry room's performance.
