Air Dry Indoor (ADI) 1,500 – 4,500 m³/hr Series Desiccant Dehumidifier

The Air Dry Indoor (ADI) Series is purpose-built for installation inside low-temperature rooms (down to –25 °C) to prevent ice, stabilise humidity and protect product quality. Using a high-efficiency silica-gel desiccant wheel with electric regeneration, ADI units deliver reliable drying performance for cold rooms, processing areas and storage cells.

Key Features

  • Indoor, cold-room rated dehumidifiers engineered for –25 °C to 0 °C environments.

  • Silica-gel desiccant rotor with belt drive and ball-bearing support for long life; non-flammable, tolerant of saturation.

  • IP54-rated construction with aluzinc/stainless panels; service access from the top/front.

  • Dual air streams (process & regeneration) with dedicated fans; electric regeneration coil with step or PWM control.

  • G4 filtration on process and regeneration inlets.

  • Simple controls: OFF / AUTO (humidistat/probe) / 100% manual; service indicator and alarm log via HMI.

  • Modbus (RS485) ready and terminals for remote on/off, probes, dampers and alarms

Typical Applications

  • Ice-free cold rooms / negative-temperature cells (anti-frost at doors/airlocks)

  • Food processing & packaging at low temperatures

  • Storage & logistics where condensation and corrosion must be prevented

  • General process drying in cold environments
(Install with short, insulated regeneration/wet-air ducts and correct slopes/drainage to avoid icing.)
