Delivery Areas

We ship Australia-wide using reliable freight partners experienced in handling commercial and industrial equipment. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs

A flat freight rate of $250 AUD (incl. GST) applies to most metropolitan and regional destinations across Australia. If our courier offers a cheaper rate, we will pass this rate onto you.

Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access locations. We offer freight quotes before purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Standard delivery times are usually 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier scheduling. Remote deliveries may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide tracking details or delivery confirmation via email.

Damaged or Missing Items
