REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Humiscope, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Please note that returns for change of mind are not generally accepted for commercial equipment unless otherwise agreed. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
